Cancellation Policy

Booking & Deposits -A non-refundable deposit of $10 is required to secure your session date. -The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the shoot. -Bookings are confirmed only after the deposit is received. Rescheduling & Cancellations -Clients may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice applied to the next available date. -Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the shoot will result in the deposit being forfeited. -In case of severe weather or emergencies, sessions will be rescheduled at no extra cost. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your session. -Sessions that start late due to client delay will end at the originally scheduled time. Delivery -Edited photos will be delivered within 5-7 Business Days via Google Drive -Additional edits beyond the agreed package may incur extra fees. Copyright & Usage -The photographer retains copyright of all images. -Clients receive personal use rights (printing, sharing on social media, etc.). -Commercial use requires a separate licensing agreement.
